About Rosanna Weaver

Rosanna Landis Weaver has worked in corporate governance and executive compensation since 1992. She began at the International Brotherhood of Teamsters researching corporate governance and management practices, and later joined the Investor Responsibility Research Center, where she reported on labor shareholder activism and executive compensation proposals. At Institutional Shareholder Services, she served as a senior analyst on the executive compensation team, focusing on change-of-control provisions and “say on pay.” From 2014–2024 she was Director of Wage Justice & Executive Pay at As You Sow, creating the methodology behind the annual “100 Most Overpaid CEOs” report. Weaver now works as an independent consultant advising investors on executive compensation and governance.
