She advises public pension trustees, state financial officers, and institutional investors on fiduciary leadership amid demographic, political, and technological change. Renaye is Founder and Principal of Manley Consulting Group, where she guides investors on workforce, governance, and sustainable value strategy. She serves as a Fellow with the Center for Labor and a Just Economy at Harvard Law School and is a senior advisor to the Capital Markets Hub at the Amalgamated Bank Foundation, advancing practical approaches to accountability, risk oversight, and inclusive economic growth.
