About Laura Krausa
Laura Krausa, M.N.M
As the System Director of Advocacy Programs for CommonSpirit Health, Laura directs CommonSpirit’s shareholder advocacy, engaging corporations on social, environmental, and health justice. Her work on human rights impacts with weapons manufacturer Sturm Ruger was featured in major media outlets, including the NY Times and TIME Magazine. Additionally she leads CommonSpirit’s United Against Violence initiative, overseeing community-based violence prevention programs in 24 states. She co-authored CommonSpirit’s Community-based Violence Prevention Framework.
Laura Chairs the ICCR Board of Directors and serves on the Board of the Alliance to End Human Trafficking. She holds a Master’s in Nonprofit Business Management from Regis University.
