About Johara Farhadieh
Johara is CIO of Wespath, a nonprofit organization providing employee benefit and investment services to The United Methodist Church and related organizations, and CEO and CIO of its subsidiary, Wespath Institutional Investments, a specialty OCIO provider serving mission-driven nonprofits. Previously, she was executive director and CIO of the Illinois State Board of Investment, where she led top-performing private equity portfolios. Johara holds a finance degree and MBA from DePaul University and serves on the boards of La Rabida Children’s Hospital and The Francis Xavier Warde School in Chicago.
