About Serena Chan
As a Shareholder Advocacy Specialist, Serena’s work is primarily focused on promoting the adoption of effective corporate human rights and decent work practices through engagement with companies and investors.
Previously, Serena was a Group Management Trainee at Nan Fung (NF) Group, one of the largest non-listed conglomerates in Hong Kong. During her time at NF Group, she worked across various business units, including Sustainability and Shared Value, Property Development, and Retail Leasing. Prior to joining NF Group, she was a Sustainable Development Trainee at Swire Properties Ltd.
Serena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Management from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
