About Sharon Chen
Sharon Chen (she/her) is the Interim Executive Director of the Donors of Color Network and serves on the boards of Women Donors Network and Way to Win. Currently she is a results-oriented non-profit sector strategist and executive board member committed to transforming our democratic systems and policies to center the voices of highly impacted communities. Her first career however, was at Microsoft (12 years) where she was a Group Program Manager in Development Tools. She lives in Seattle with her husband, 3 children, and 2 cats.
